We hope you love your Peak n Path pieces as much as we loved creating them — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
As a small, independent business, we truly appreciate your support, and we aim to make returns and exchanges as straightforward as possible while being kind to the planet and fair to our customers.
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible — we’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or credit, depending on what works best for you.
To start a return or exchange, just drop us an email at peaknpath@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
